A Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) is a residential healthcare setting that provides 24-hour skilled nursing support and specialized services for individuals whose medical needs cannot be met in a traditional assisted living environment, but who benefit from a more home-like setting than a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
